Be Internet Legends

In Key Stage 2, we follow Google’s “Be Internet Legends” scheme of work, which focuses on five pillars in order for children to become legends of the online world. The five pillars are simple and easy to remember;

  • Be Sharp
  • Be Alert
  • Be Secure
  • Be Kind
  • Be Brave

The Be Internet Legends scheme of work is easy to follow and uses an interactive approach to teaching, whilst still delivering the key messages that we want children from Year 3-6 to take away and remember.

As part of this scheme, we encourage children to explore and interact with the world of Interland! This world has multiple zones for children to play in on their devices at school or at home, each one focusing on a different pillar or key message.
