Aims & Priorities
Our aims and priorities build on our school vision:
“To be a community of learners - children, staff & parents - aiming high to excel & exceed. We believe in motivating and inspiring all learners so they embrace challenge with resilience, show respect and collaborate well so they can achieve excellence.”
We aim that every child regardless of their starting point or additional need makes good progress in their learning. The acquisition of early reading skills and loving books are integral to this.
We aim that every child feels safe, happy and comfortable whilst in school and that their attendance to school is good.
We aim that every child is nurtured and cared for so they are able to discover their individual skill and talent and are able to excel in this area. We believe parents are a child's key educator so we hope to foster good relationships with parents to support their child in their learning journey.
