Southglade Vs Robin Hood
After a 3-0 defeat to Rise Park, we was looking for a positive reaction to come away from the game with some points. A few changes were made to the previous game and this seemed to have had a positive impact on the players who remained organised and strong throughout. A fantastic ball from Curtis was able to pick out the advancing Jamal who went one on one with the goalkeeper who neatly finished to put Robin Hood Ahead half way through the first half.
The second half was similar to the first with both teams battling for midfield possession. It was Southglade that got the better of the Robin Hood midfield, who did not close down the advancing midfielder who powered home a 20 yard effort to secure a point for Southglade. A very interesting game with two teams that matched evenly in the end.
