2. If anything upsets you online, you must tell an adult straight away.
3. Make sure parental controls are in place before you use an electronic device.
4. Try to ask an adult to supervise you whilst you are searching the internet so they can help you if anything goes wrong.
5. Only send kind messages online to people that you know.
6. Do not download anything without an adult's permission.
7. Stick to age restrictions as these help to keep you safe online.
8. Not everything you see online is real so be careful and ask an adult if you are unsure.
9. Make sure the website you are using is safe - you can check for "https" in the search bar.
