Speed Skating

On Friday 8th January, year 5 went to the Motorpoint Ice arena to watch a speed skating competition. There were teams from different countries competing, including Team GB, Germany, the Netherlands and Australia. We made posters to encourage and cheer on Team GB. Maid Marian and Robin Hood hosted the event. As expected, Team GB managed to win a gold and bronze medal in the ladies 1500m event.
