Scratch Projects!
In Computing with Mr Beeston, we've been coding using Scratch, creating our own football inspired games. We learned skills of sequencing, repetition, looping and action in order to be successful and followed instructions where needed.
Indian Experience
To bring our topic of India to a close, we hosted a successful Indian Experience. Inviting parents along, they looked at all of the fabulous work we've been doing, joined in with drumming and created Rangoli patterns. Nicky in the kitchen cooked a delicious curry which everyone enjoyed together! A great event, thank you for your support.
Fresh chippings for our chickens!
Mr Allen ordered some wood chippings for our chickens, but Year 4 had the task of transporting it from the field to the coop! We hade few resources and we're told to make as little mess as possible... It was great to see collaboration on this task and the chickens absolutely love it. Thanks Loxley and Gisbourne.
