Year 5/6 High Five Netball 2017-18

Our Netball team had the opportunity to compete in this years City Competition that took place at Nottingham Girls High School. It was a very warm and humid afternoon with the sun blazing, making the condition difficult for the pupils to play and maintain a high standard of play. 6 Teams took part overall, all looking for the chance to progress through to the finals. Robin Hood started with the two toughest team in the heats losing 7 and 8-1, but soon put those results behind them winning against Southglade 4-2. Robin Hood then went up against an all girls William Booth team and lost 4-0 but got back to winning ways beating Berridge 4-0. A great afternoon overall but coming 4th was not enough to secure a place in the finals.
