Summer Term 2

This half term is a busy one. Our topic this half term is based on the song Old McDonald had a farm. We will be learning the Makaton signs linked to the song; farm animal vocabulary such as pig sty; barn; sow or boar and animal babies names. In literacy we will be working with the book Farmer Duck, reading & re-reading it as well as making story maps etc.

We are having 4 sessions in the Forest School area having a teddybears picnic with parents invited to come.The children will also be participating in a Potted Sports event, both am & pm sessions will have their own event.
