Westglade 3 Vs 4 Robin Hood
A great day for the Robin Hood football team beating Westglade 4-3. It was a hard fought victory, and the team had showed fantastic resilience throughout the game.
It was Westglade who had the result in their favour three times leading 1-0, 2-1, and 3-2, however Robin Hood had made sure the score was evens by half time.
With the score at 3-3 at half time, the players took to the pitch with fresh instructions and a fresh energy about them. Both teams had really good chances to get themselves in front but it was Robin Hood who notched ahead with fine combination from the forwards to then slot past the keeper.
A fantastic result for the players and a result that will certainly build confidence!
