Maths
In maths we have been telling the time to o'clock, half past, quarter to and quarter past the hour. Can you tell the time from our clocks?
English
In English we did some work on the story of the Rainbow Fish. We collaborated together to come up with a mind map of adjectives to describe the Rainbow Fish.
Can you think of any adjectives to describe the Rainbow Fish?
Some of our favourite adjectives were: glimmering, shimmering and colourful.
Topic
As part of our topic work, The Playhouse theatre visited us and performed 'The Hare and the Tortoise.' We not only enjoyed the story but also learnt about the different seasons and animals!
We looked at Australia within our Animals topic and created some Aborigine inspired Boomerangs.
