Music Ambassadors

2017/2018

Music ambassadors will support singing assemblies in both key stages by setting up the computer/music/words for the member of staff leading the assembly.

•They will be responsible for helping to keep the instrument area tidy and may sometimes be required to transport instruments (including the new djembes) around school.

•Music ambassadors are expected to show a thirst for knowledge in music and should ideally attend choir and/or chamber group.

•There will be an expectation that ambassadors support their class during In Harmony sessions and there will also be opportunities to support lower KS2 or KS1 also.

•Music ambassadors will be given priority when there is an opportunity to take part in an event either in or out of school.

Pirate day

Congratulations to our Music Ambassadors for helping to run two very successful Ambassador days in both KS2 and KS1. They led a body percussion workshop which featured music from 'Pirates of the Caribbean' and by all reports they did a great job of it.
