Year 5/6 - Wollaton Park
Our Year 5 and 6 Students had a fantastic time at Wollaton Park to take part in the annual Cross Country Event. We had a boys team and a girls team taking part, both teams with fantastic running potential.
On the day it was about showing resilience and motivation to be able to complete the 1500 meter run. Our Girls and Boys did extremely well with all participant completing the course in good time. Our runners finished in the following positions:
Boys out of 90 finished in 51, 66, 69 and 71
Girls Out of 87 finished in 43, 67, 77 and 78
All pupils showed a fantastic attitude and when we enter the tournament again next year we will be looking to improve on those results.
